Bethel Experience concert

HIGHLIGHTS FROM OUR MEETING 09.03.2025

1. Isaac Wiredu to be in charge of promotion and advertisement. Reaching out to media personalities and also see to promote it through short videos on all social media platforms.
2. ⁠Isaac Wiredu to be the program coordinator, make sure all plans and agendas are executed successfully
3. ⁠Johnny to be in charge of all technical matters including stage setup, finding instrumentalists and if possible help in video coverage. Also he will find someone to design the posters and flyers. Which will be distributed in Afroshops and other places.
4. ⁠Mama Ellen will have to focus and have time to prepare her songs . Master it well and help in the costume of the backers and the instrumentalist
5. ⁠ Also Mama Elen should try to get an Executive Producer or better still discuss with Apostle if he can sponsor the production.
6. ⁠A budget of 1500 was suggested to be ok for the payment of the instrumentalist, Transportation cost for 2 days , and other refreshments for the Team . If external backers would be needed then a cost of 200 would be added to the 500 suggested for the musicians.
7. ⁠We have to write an official invitation letters to some pastors and also ask the one who will be the MC for the day to advertise for us on their various programs like funerals parties and others.
